You should be Chartered, or near, very well qualified from a prime University, and be of the highest calibre. Your experience should have been in the detailed design of either major bridges and viaducts (in prestressed concrete or steelwork), complex underground stations or cut-and-cover tunnels, or other unusual and demanding structures.
