We are very pleased to announce that the Directors of Benaim reached agreement on 24 July 2008 for Scott Wilson Group plc, the international design and engineering consultancy, to acquire the business of Benaim.

Whilst Benaim are currently very successful, we need to look to the future, to protect the interests of our business and our staff. We have therefore decided that a merger with a larger, multi-disciplinary consultant is the correct way forward, and Scott Wilson has all the talented staff and range of skills that will enable us to grow jointly, and compete more successfully, on the world stage.

Scott Wilson and Benaim have collaborated extensively together on projects such as the East London Line and the Malaysian Express Rail Link, and are currently bidding together for metro projects in Dublin, London and Canada.
